Culinary Trier

Trier here refers not to the city in Germany. Instead it refers to one that tries or a tester. Yes, a Try-er. As I have too much time on my hands, I have been getting my hands downright wet and dirty. Literally. What else do you expect from all them washing, cutting, kneading and marinating?

Which resulted in our recent chow below.

Char Siew Bun.

Cashew Nuts Cookies.

Black Beans and Peanuts Chicken Soup.

Char Siew for a Potluck Party.

Curry Chicken.

And lastly, Mr R's Pan Seared Monkfish in Basil-Orange Sauce with Tagliatela.

hey G. Can I say smth? I think yr photography skills are really good! Yr food always looks so yummilicious and I´m sure they taste superb too. When I try to the photos, they somehow don´t seem to look that nice... its prob. the lightning and all, but I´m normally too lazy to take more than 2 or 3 shots.

No leh, I don't think my photos look good at all. They are nothing compared to the ones from Rasa Malaysia. Hers are very beautifully taken.

Thanks for the compliment though. :p
